Weβre looking for passionate Business Development Executives who can identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals β while earning attractive commissions for every sale.
π Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through social media, calls, or emails.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable website, app, Data Analytics or CRM solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team to finalize proposals and close deals.
Maintain records of client communication and follow-ups.
Meet monthly lead and conversion targets (no fixed working hours).
π― Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of digital services (websites, CRMs, Data Analytics, apps).
Self-driven, motivated, and result-oriented.
Prior sales experience (preferred, not mandatory).
π° Compensation
Commission-based: Earn βΉ3,000ββΉ30,000+ per project, depending on deal value.
No cap on earnings β the more you sell, the more you earn.
